Isafaro Resistance's intelligence told them that there was a man selling an unknown drug to the population of Isafaro. A drug that basically turned you into a roid freak with superior strength and stamina. The Resistance wanted both Kragen and Garrus to find out who was selling this drug and then take it off the streets for good public relations. Kragen and Garrus both tracked the source of the drug to an old abandoned warehouse in Sector Two.
Kragen ducked down in front of several parked vehicles with his HK pistol at the ready and looked through the vehicles' windows to see a couple of guards posted outside the warehouse with weapons of their own. Not Vulture so they could rule General Vulture out of this one. It must have been a rogue agent of some kind selling the goods. But who? Kragen looked over to his partner Garrus.
"Three guards. More could be inside."
Kragen was of course a man of few words. Having seen more battle and bloodshed than most of his comrades combined.

Garrus knew the seriousness of the situation. A drug that turned people into super strong freaks could be deadly. Whoever was selling this was a mastermind however, and knew how to work the people. They had to be careful when dealing with such a threat. They didn't know if any of these guards had the drug on them and could buff up at any moment. Garrus Vakarian
"We need to lure them away from their post and take them out quickly. We don't want to alert those inside of our presence just yet." Garrus knew that was the smart thing to do. Lure them out one by one and then eliminate them from the fold to get inside. The drug was their main priority. |

Bane was inside the warehouse on the second floor overseeing the shipment of the Venom drug that had already killed a couple of citizens who injected themselves with the Venom. It was to be expected. Even he nearly died from the drug himself, but the money he would get from the sales would fund his private army. The people here were weak and helpless to the government that chipped and processed them. They would do anything to have the power to fight back, and Bane was willing to give that to them. After seeing that the drug was shipping well Bane went into the backroom of the warehouse to work. Unaware of the two now plotting to steal the drug right from under his nose.

"Affirmative."
Kragen moved to the next layer of cover and knocked on the wall to get the attention of one of the nearby guards. The guard walked over while Kragen moved to the other side and when the guard came up Kragen grabbed him from behind and choked him out. Gently letting him fall to the ground behind the cover so the other guards wouldn't see he was taken out. Now they only had two guards to go before they could get inside the warehouse.

Garrus knew Kragen would make quick work of the first guard. He was a master of his field and he had Garrus's respect. Garrus moved to the side of the warehouse and waited for the second guard to turn his back before coming up and taking him out. Covering his mouth with his palm so he couldn't cry out and choking him out and guiding him to the ground pulling him behind cover so the last guard was by himself. This was almost too easy.

Bane wanted to know more about how this world ticked. Isafaro didn't seem too unlike Gothem from his own world. Dark and full of hatred. It would be easy to turn the population against the government ran by the Isafaro military. He even knew of a Resistance force fighting against the Vulture. Isafaro was in a state of civil war and it seemed like the perfect playing field for his private army to take advantage. Once he had the means to do so of course.

Kragen inched closer to the third and final guard of the warehouse's entrance as the guard came up looking for his comrades. Kragen took his flank and stuck his knife right into the throat of the guard killing him on impact and letting him drop to the ground. Once the coast was clear Kragen motioned to his partner and replaced the knife with the HK pistol once again slowly opening the warehouse's doors and coming inside to a large warehouse interior with boxes being stored all around them and being shipped off. Kragen got behind a wall and looked around to see even more soldiers on the floor and a second floor leading to a back room. Kragen looked back to Garrus to see what he wanted to do.

Garrus followed Kragen inside the warehouse and took behind the cover Kragen was now hiding behind. Looking through the scope of his rifle at all the guards posted throughout the building. Whoever was behind this sure didn't want things to go south. Garrus had a feeling that the drug was inside all the boxes being shipped out. Garrus Vakarian
"We need to locate the drug and destroy it. We don't need to take out every guard. We just need them out of the way." It would take some time to eliminate every single guard in the warehouse, and that was time they just didn't have. |
