History: Kara Zor-El's life began on Krpyton in Argo City. The daughter of Zor-El and Alura. Only a couple of years into her life the planet Krpyton was beginning to die and so her cousin was sent in a pod to Earth to be saved while Kara herself was also sent in a pod to Earth to help protect her baby cousin, but her pod got knocked off course and she was put in suspended animation never aging so by the time she got to Earth her cousin had already grown up and became Superman.
Kara was brought to the Danvers family being adopted by Jeremiah and Eliza Danvers and having a new sister named Alex. With them Kara learned to adapt to life on Earth and having amazing abilities that she was forbidden to use to keep her secret. When she grew up she got a job at Catco World Wide Media and lived a normal life until a plane crash with Alex on it forced her to reveal herself to the world earning the name Supergirl.
Kara went on to fight many different villains and crime, some with her cousin, some with her sister at the DEO, and some with other superheroes called the Flash, Green Arrow, and Batwoman. She had just stopped a VR attempt of destroying the world when a dimensional rift opened up and pulled her away from her Earth to a new planet. A planet simply called Jenesis.
