History: Kragen was born and raised in Isafaro his whole life. He was drafted to the Isafaro military at age eighteen and learned how to survive, to kill, and to be a good soldier. For years he spent in the Isafaro military rising through the ranks and earning the respect of his peers and the respect of his commanders, but try as they might to make him a mindless drone Kragen didn't lose his sense of self.
Seeing that the Isafaro's military was cruel and unfair, Kraven AWOL and left the military. Staying in the Jherrazad Desert and working against the Vulture to help the people of the desert who were at war with them. He was branded a traitor and marked by Vulture. But Kragen was able to remove the chip in his head to keep from being terminated and freed himself. In his travels he found an alien ship with a man named Garrus Vakarian and joined with him to return to Isafaro making contact with Isafaro Resistance. Agreeing to join them they now work for Imai and Logan to unseat General Vulture and turn Isafaro into a democracy.
